About the Competition
Bringing together anesthesia teams from across Indonesia, the competition recreates high-risk perioperative emergencies through simulation, challenging participants to demonstrate clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and crisis resource management.
Competition Format
Teams first submit a real-world anesthesia crisis case. Entries are screened before eight finalists advance to the on-site national final.

Cases are reviewed for clinical value, complexity, originality, and simulation suitability.
Eight teams advance to the Indonesia national final.
Finalists manage high-fidelity crisis scenarios in a live environment.
The national champion qualifies for the 2027 Asia Grand Final.
Case Themes
Teams may submit high-impact anesthesia crisis cases spanning airway, toxicity, circulatory, obstetric, pediatric, and disaster emergencies.
