From October 12 to 14, 2026, the 39th ESICM LIVES Congress brought the international critical care community together in Lisbon. At this important academic gathering, Comen presented the launch of COM-PASS, a continuing academic programme built around real clinical questions, expert perspectives and shared learning.
In September 2026, Comen brought healthcare, government, business, and industry partners together in Johannesburg. These meaningful conversations quickly translated into action, as Comen announced and fulfilled vital donations to the Gauteng and North West Departments of Health.
Comen was proud to serve as a Chinese participating institution, supporting and facilitating the CAHA Critical Care Working Group’s clinical and academic exchanges across Kenya, Egypt and Morocco, and contributing to long-term China-Africa collaboration and critical care capacity building.
